Congratulations to Sammy (Age 4) of Copmanthorpe Primary School for winning my Christmas Card Competition – I know it will bring so much joy to my family and friends.

Thank you to all the schools who participated in this year’s competition. As ever, the standard of entries was incredibly high and it was so difficult to choose just one winner.

Conservatives urge residents to answer Council Library Consultation

York’s Conservative councilors are urging residents to respond to City of York Council’s consultation on library use, which is open now and will run until 7th February. York’s libraries are run by Explore under a 15 year contract which will run until 2034.
