Chris Steward, Leader of York’s Conservative Group and Ward councillor for Copmanthorpe, has reacted with disappointment to haulage company Celkom celebrating the launch of its new 50,000 square foot warehouse at Brocket Industrial Estate, Acaster Malbis.
